Appointments & Payments

• All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Color Services

• We strive to achieve the color shown in your inspiration photo whenever possible.

• Due to factors including your current hair color, previous color treatments, hair history, hair condition, and your hair's natural characteristics, exact color results cannot be guaranteed.

• Your stylist will discuss realistic expectations before beginning your service.

Style Expectations

• If you request a hairstyle that is not part of our Signature Styles or service catalog, we will make every effort to recreate the style as closely as possible to your inspiration photo; however, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

• For styles within our Signature Style Collection, we will recreate the style as accurately as possible based on the selected design.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

• Your satisfaction is our priority. Before leaving the salon, your stylist will review your completed service with you.

• Any concerns or requested adjustments must be brought to our attention before you leave the salon.

• Once you approve your completed service and leave the premises, the service is considered accepted and complete.

• We cannot guarantee the appearance or longevity of your hairstyle after sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, or exposure to humidity, wind, rain, or other environmental conditions.

All Sales Are Final

• Once you have approved your completed service at the salon, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for completed and approved services.

Chargebacks

• By booking an appointment and receiving services from C&B Hair & Associates, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for services that have been completed and approved.

• If a chargeback is initiated for services that were rendered and approved, C&B Hair &Associates reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, applicable bank or payment processing fees, collection costs, reasonable attorney's fees where permitted by law, and an administrative fee of up to $500, where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, making payment, or receiving services from C&B Hair & Associates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
