How do I book an appointment

Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system at CB Hair or by calling us at 941-213-1800.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointmen

Can I pay the remaining balance at my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes you may choose to: Pay only the required deposit when booking and pay the remaining balance in person at yourappointment ,or Pay for your service in full online during the booking process.

Is my deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, appointments may be changed with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Deposits for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited.

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete your service. Full service charges may still apply.
