Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

At C&B Hair & Associates, every appointment is customized to meet the individual needs of our clients. Because salon services require the reservation of dedicated time, professional expertise, and products specifically selected for each guest, all services are non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final.

All salon services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, color services, chemical treatments, extensions, consultations, and specialty services, are final upon completion.
Once a service has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

Service Approval

Your satisfaction is important to us. Before leaving the salon, your stylist will review your completed service with you.

By leaving the salon, you acknowledge that:

• You have inspected and approved your completed service.

• The service was performed to your satisfaction.

• You understand that all services are final and non-refundable.

Service Adjustments 

If you believe an adjustment is necessary, you must notify your stylist before leaving the salon.

If an adjustment is approved by salon management, it must:
 

• Be related to the original service performed.

• Be requested within 7 calendar days of the original appointment.

• Be completed by C&B Hair & Associates.
   

Adjustments are offered solely at the discretion of salon management and are not guaranteed.
Adjustments do not include changes in personal preference after the original service has been approved.

Hair Color & Chemical Services

Hair color and chemical services are customized for every client.

Results vary based on factors including:
 

• Previous color history

• Hair condition

• Hair texture

• Previous chemical treatments

• Home hair care

• Environmental factors
   

For these reasons, C&B Hair & Associates cannot guarantee an exact match to photographs, inspiration images, or previous services.

Color variations are not considered grounds for a refund.

Appointment Payments

All appointment payments, deposits, and prepaid services are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.
Retail Products

Chargebacks

By scheduling an appointment and receiving services from C&B Hair & Associates, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for services that have been completed and accepted.
If a chargeback is initiated for services that were rendered and approved, C&B Hair & Associates reserves the right to pursue recovery of:
 

• The disputed amount

• Payment processing and banking fees

• Collection costs

• Reasonable attorney's fees, where permitted by law

• Court costs and any other remedies available under applicable law

Fraudulent chargebacks may also result in the refusal of future services.
